Warranty
1st Class Wheels LLC warrants that all wheels sold will be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal and intended use for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty for chrome wheels covers both peeling and separation of the plating surface from the wheels. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to maintain proper cleaning and care of the wheels to prevent corrosion, as corrosion is not covered under warranty.
1st Class Wheels LLC offers a warranty that ensures the replacement of any product that fails to meet quality standards, provided it is returned with the original invoice. This warranty is limited to the product itself and does not cover installation, removal, or shipping costs. The warranty specifically addresses cosmetic defects, including peeling or separation of chrome or paint, as long as the wheel has been properly maintained with appropriate cleaning agents that do not damage the finish.
All warranty claims must be initiated through the authorized purchaser. Claims related to cosmetic imperfections must be submitted within 10 days of the original purchase and before installation. Customers acknowledge that imperfections are typical in aftermarket wheels and may be exchanged at their own expense. All wheels are backed by a warranty that specifically excludes coverage for surface rust, pitting, and other cosmetic defects resulting from neglect or improper care. Candy painted finishes are protected against fading for a period of 120 days.
This Limited Warranty is Void if:

- Blemishes, peeling, or discoloration on the backside of the wheel.

- The wheels have been altered or repaired or installed on customized vehicles (i.e., non-original equipment, or non-OEM parts).
